“Thank you for kick starting our Monday mornings. Your classes were crafted so well and you managed the distractions seamlessly, even when sometimes it felt like all the babies were collectively teething. I think [my baby] did as much, if not more, downward dog than me each week too so that was a bonus for his tummy time! It’s been lovely to be guided by you and hopefully we’ll join you again soon!”
Katrina, Mums & Bubs participant 2025.
“Melissa is a fantastic yoga teacher, and a lovely, kind person! As a mum herself, Melissa made the class a judgment free zone - babies could giggle or cry, crawl around and have fun while you enjoyed some mindfulness and exercise.
Her classes appealed to a range of fitness levels - she always gave options to dial a pose up or down. I loved this class.
I started with a 9 week old baby and will be joining again next term with a 7 month old.”
Emma, Mums & Bubs participant 2024.
