Class styles.

  • This course is designed to help mums find balance and well-being alongside their little ones.

    You will experience sequences that are gentle and nurturing with a strength element and a body awareness focus.

  • Prenatal yoga classes offer gentle, tailored exercises that support the physical and emotional well-being of expectant mothers throughout pregnancy. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and include breathing exercises to promote relaxation and prepare for childbirth.  

    Course coming later this year.

  • A dynamic style of yoga designed to support mind body connection, leaving you feeling grounded with spacious awareness. It is a creative flow, sequenced with the aim of finding fluidity in the flow as you connect movement with breath.

  • Enjoy a blend of gentle movement and mindful stillness in my slow flow yoga class. Tailored for beginners, this practice features a slower pace for longer holds, smooth transitions, and a nurturing experience.
